Amanda Armstrong, also known as Yogi Mandi, is a certified yoga instructor based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Through her wellness practice, she provides a safe space for all those who seek mental, physical, and emotional growth. As a proud Crucian native and a passionate yogi, Amanda invites individuals to immerse themselves in this beautiful practice, which greatly enhances one’s overall well-being.

Sayeeda Carter
Facilitator
Sayeeda Carter is a St. Croix, Virgin Islands-based teacher and theater artist. Carter is in her third decade as a public school educator and is passionate about getting students on their path to excellence. In addition to getting the privilege to occasionally act or direct (A Raisin in the Sun, Mountaintop, Blues for an Alabama Sky, Bee Luther Hatchie, and a Calico Cat: Colorful Callaloo), she also runs a social justice and theater-based company called ACT OUT ENSEMBLE: Theatre of the Oppressed Virgin Islands. Her ultimate goal is using acting and advocacy to contribute to the dismantling of inequitable systems and helping us ALL live more freely.
